    coolpacks issue

I downloaded Coolpacks a couple of weeks ago and I have looked at the ph charts curves for various refrigerants but now for some reason 410a won't display. All the other ones will still display but when I try to click on 410a the screen goes back to the previous screen.

I go to "refrigeration Utilities" then click on the snow flake icon, then the log p-h graph at the top of the page. Pick the proper refrigerant......if I pick 410a I get the box that says "mixture settings" and then click OK....the screen goes back the "refrigerant utilities" start page.

Clicking on any other refrigerant will bring up the curve.

    Any ideas?

I believe so, hard to remember. Should it matter? They do say it is not necessary.

I'm going to delete it completely and re-install the exe file.

I deleted, re-installed and the same thing happens. Now it is time to re-download from the source unless someone has another option?

I downloaded the Ref Utilities alone and it now works. ODD
