    Warehouse refrigeration system installation

    Hi all!
My name is Ann and I just joined the forum, I’m also a new comer to warehouse refrigeration system business. I’m still trying to understand it all and our little company (just me and my husband) is still navigating through all the different ways to approach the industry. It’s a tough economy! I was wondering – for those of you involved in the industry (especially veterans) business owner or not, what are some of services, tools, strategies, or latest resources you find helpful or profitable in doing your work or - business? Online or offline, I’m sure there is quite a lot in both right?!
    Thanks and God bless!

    Welcome.

The first thing you have to do is define your market, who are you going to sell to?

A small research at the local fridgys will enlighten you with their needs.

Availability of spares and tools is crucial for techs.

The last thing is prices. You have to be competitive.

You haven't actually said what it is you are planning to do, as far as I can see.

Are you selling, manufacturing or using?

Selling part, service or maintenace? To which market...larger industrial (ammonia) or smaller commerical (*****) markets.

Next what is your back ground and training that you ahve to promote?

If in the ammonia market, you need to join RETA and IIAR possibly. RETA has a good certification program.

Also fro service, do you ahve the proper state licenses fro the class of refrigeration you plan to service and the proper refrigerant handling certificates.
