Cutter gearbox ratio for 5 tons tube ice machine

I have a problem with my cutter gearbox, I need the specification of the gearbox such like :

1. Gearbox ratio
2. Motor Hp
3. Motor Rpm

Just now my cutter motor is 0,5 Hp but it looks like too slow.

Please help me, I need it. Thank you.

Is the cutter part of the machine or is it an add-on?

The speed of the cutter on a tube ice machine governs the length of each bit that falls out, generally around 1.25 inches long, if there is too much mush coming out the cutter is smashing and usually tube wall thickness is too thin. If the cutter support bearing is warn the cutter flogs around and also smashes up the tube dropping from vessel.
What sort of tube ice machine do you have?
