Sorry .. but I fail to see the significance of this ..... I trust there is no intended slight on the "Yorkshire Men" and their enlightened joyous nature brought about by the very fact that they were blessed, as all true Yorkshire folk are, by being raised amonst the wholesome, rich culture and heritage of God's own county.
The sketch merely shows the depth and integrity of Yorkshire and its industrious heritage and wealth of culture, in some ways it displays or characterises a race of people who have developed a gentleness in humility and wisdom from a self affacing nature.

As so distinctly expressed in the Yorkshire Man's motto.
