    Zanotti uniblock

Zanotti uniblock has medium temperature +10o and -5 o C and Low temperature -15 o -25 oC. Is this unit a Freezer or chiller? Model MGM32002F. If freezer, defrost by heater or hot gas? How long it holds the temperature (minus hours) for storing fish/meat in frozen state? Can you help?

That unit, MGM32002F, is a chiller, -5°C according to the manufacturer.

The name itself has the temp range inbuilt

MGM- M is for medium temperature
BAS - B is for low temperature.

We've given you the link to Zanotti above, why don't you do some searching on their website instead of us doing it for you? I found the answer in less than a minute.
