Zanotti uniblock
Zanotti uniblock has medium temperature +10o and -5 o C and Low temperature -15 o -25 oC. Is this unit a Freezer or chiller? Model MGM32002F. If freezer, defrost by heater or hot gas? How long it holds the temperature (minus hours) for storing fish/meat in frozen state? Can you help?

Re: Zanotti uniblock
The name itself has the temp range inbuilt
MGM- M is for medium temperature
BAS - B is for low temperature.
