dalkin altherma heat problems
hi
i have an dalkin altherma 16 system installed in conjuction with alurad radiators.
problem is i have my system set to 30deg but the radiators are practically cold. when i turn it to max 55 deg the rads heat the house well.
currently water temp is 25.4, temp outside is -0.5, system set to 30deg.
rad temp is slightly warm/cold (even turned off 8 rads in the house)
i dont have internal thermostat.
any ideas??
thanks in advance

Re: dalkin altherma heat problems
I didn't mean for you to alter the Service Codes. Once these have been set by the commissioning engineer they should not need changing
Has the system been properly commissioned?

Re: dalkin altherma heat problems
Reset the service settings back to where they were originally set at because changing these will cause no end of problems
Check the design spec of the system and radiators on it, they should have been sized with a dedicated flow temp, most heat pump design temps will be set with a flow temp of 45 degrees, but the design You have may be different
If you need any help with the settings let me know as we are a Daikin service agents
