Anyone help me date this old fridge?

I just bought a secondhand old fridge.

It says "Westinghouse" on the front, but also "Lightfoot Crusader" on a label inside one of the doors.

This fridge works OK, although the rubber door gaskets need replacing I think.

It is very heavy and is made of wood!

It is obviously American-made (or at least the compressor is) because there is a 100v - 220v transformer to convert the UK mains power down to 110v.

The plate on the compressor says Westinghouse model FF123.

Can anyone tell me any more about it, like how old it might be, where it was made, etc?

    Giles..

Because I just signed up, the forum won't let me post pictures or actual links, but I think I can post links as text, to a couple of pictures of this fridge. Just insert the dot after "www".
