Smile Need All possible help on setting up 1000 MT CA strore.

Hi All . I am new to this Line but have decided to venture into CA Store of approx 1000 mt capacity ( 125 x 8 or 150 x 6) primarily to be used for storage of Apples. I need to finalise the Refrigeration equipment and the design as a whole to operate the store where climate conditions vary from near 0 deg C in winters to 45-46 deg C in summers. I have a fair idea of the basic equipment such as N2 Generator, Co2 scrubber e.t.c required to control the parameters but have no clue as to which kind and what would be best for these conditions. As I am not an engineer i would appreciate Layman language. Thankyou all.
