Sensors data
I came across a sensor that I have never seen before, the wires colors were green, brown and white.
Doe's anyone have a clue?
A sensors table that have that information will help a lot.
Thanks.

Re: Sensors data
Thanks Brian,
I have seen that page.
Its the strange wire's color that confuses me, never came across such colors before.
I have seen in the past a large color code table but can't remember where.

Re: Sensors data
Hi Chemi
That sounds like a Dixell transducer, if my memory is right;
Brown is feed
white is output
green is ground?

Re: Sensors data
Hi Chemi,
have you tested with an ohm meter, and what was the reaction to temp / pressure changes, try the RS web site perhaps.

Re: Sensors data
Thanks guys,
Its a very old system, I have measured the resistance and it was 106 Ω, so it looks like PT100 but the colors bother me.
RS is good idea, I will have a look.
