    citi multi please help

hello, i have a puryp108gtmua with a pefyp36nmhue indoor coil attached. it is not calling for the electric back up heat. i understand cn24 on indoor board should energize with dc12volts when room temp falls 4 degrees below set point. i can watch on maintaince tool and set room temp 10 degrees above return air temp and still measure o volts at indoor coil board. is there a dip switch that may be set wrong or will i need a new control board for indoor coil. any help would be great

You can use a third party equipment for operating electric backup heaters. Look for ThermoPad..
