Dossat's and Modern Refrigeration and Airconditioning (Althouse Turnquist en Bracciano) ares some good to start with.

Ashrae handbook , is a very good one , it's a full encyclopedia of refrigeration , air conditioning and heating , nut myself i find it easy to use other books like modern refrigeration and air con and the handbook of refrigeration mentioned before than the ashrae one .
