To carry out a software upgrade or download to a new board you need winloader which is exclusive to Carrier to view chiller peramiters etc you need either comfort view or the new service tool 5 which is available to buy from carrier parts dept alternatively if it is for a static use you can use a chillervisor system which would allow you to view and control the chillers from one pc
