F4 fault on Liebherr Cnes 3866 Fridge Freezer

Hi all, I have an F4 fault showing on the freezer section readout of a Liebherr cnes 3866 no-frost fridge freezer. Can anyone confirm what this fault is? I suspect it could be the evaporator sensor, or air sensor located on the back wall behind the middle shelf of the freezer section, but could be wrong. Any help greatly appreciated.
