Skint pub owner needs cheap repair!

Hi

I am new to the pub business. I have a bar in Bristol and we have problems with our NRS Beer Master twin fan cellar cooler. There is loads of ice forming on the top and back of the unit. Is there someone on this forum who lives in Bristol who can have a look at it for me for a reasonable price? I thought this may be a good place to ask rather than using yellow pages and getting stitched up!!

Before you get someone out turn it off and totaly defrost it.

Then check the evaps fins to see if they are clean.

Wash and soft brush if dirty.

DO NOT USE A CHEMICAL SPRAY

When defrosted turn on and run.

If it ices up again get somone out.

If your evaporator is near doors (on same side as cellar doors) instead of as far as possible from doors, than it is expected to have more ice than if it is other way around.
