Candy Fridge Freezes Up

I have a Candy Integrated Firdge Freezer Model CIC 324 AK and the fridge part keeps freezing up. I have tried turning down the settings and have also tried turning it off at the mains and leaving both doors open for 24hours then back on but it keeps freezing the food and the back panel has frost on it, which i have scraped off several times. The doors seem to have a good seal.

Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?

The sensor for the fridge is faulty, you get to it from the back outside the cabinet. It's at the top buried inside the insulation, not an easy job as you have to dig into the insulation and make sure you don't go all the way through to fridge and don't cut into any pipes. After you've changed it you have to replace the insulation that you cut away with expandable foam
