I am recently getting back into the Refrigeration service field what new equip. for diagnostics are a good start which are overkill? Mainly am looking for temp. diagnostic equip. for superheat/subcool

Manifold gauges, multimeter, amp probe, megger, capacitor tester, weighing scales (for recharging), reclaim machine (a must nowadays) mobile phone so if you do not know ring a friend, and most important of all years and years of experience. Incidentally why did you leave the refrigeration industry, I still say even after 27 years it is one of the most enjoyable and profitable careers available.

Got out to venture into other areas in construction trade.School for architecture. worked on a crew building log homes some res. a/c
