Required temperature output from chiller is not obtained
Vapor compressor chilled brine plant:
30 TR capacity, -25 C is the required output
Problem: Temperature is not going beyond -14 C
Brine: 50% - MEOH + 50% - Water
SPG: 0.93
Refrigerant: Ammonia
Chiller Type: Shell & Tube, 6 pass
Compressor Discharge Pressure: 12 kg/cm2
Compressor Suction Pressure: 0.15 kg/cm2
Difference in Temperature around chiller: 1.5 C
Chiller Area is 45 m2

Re: Required temperature output from chiller is not obtained
heat load excessive or cooling capacity insufficient.

Re: Required temperature output from chiller is not obtained
No excessive heat load because it is under recirculation mode from tank to chiller to tank. Cooling capacity is sufficient because liquid ammonia from condenser is at 38 C

Re: Required temperature output from chiller is not obtained
Both concept don't make sense at all.
No excessive heat load because it is under recirculation mode from tank to chiller to tank
Cooling capacity is sufficient because liquid ammonia from condenser is at 38 C
