Thumbs up Required temperature output from chiller is not obtained

    Vapor compressor chilled brine plant:
30 TR capacity, -25 C is the required output
Problem: Temperature is not going beyond -14 C

    Brine: 50% - MEOH + 50% - Water
    SPG: 0.93
    Refrigerant: Ammonia
Chiller Type: Shell & Tube, 6 pass
    Compressor Discharge Pressure: 12 kg/cm2
    Compressor Suction Pressure: 0.15 kg/cm2
Difference in Temperature around chiller: 1.5 C
    Chiller Area is 45 m2

heat load excessive or cooling capacity insufficient.

No excessive heat load because it is under recirculation mode from tank to chiller to tank. Cooling capacity is sufficient because liquid ammonia from condenser is at 38 C

Both concept don't make sense at all.

No excessive heat load because it is under recirculation mode from tank to chiller to tank
So, what is the heat load then

Cooling capacity is sufficient because liquid ammonia from condenser is at 38 C
I can't see any relation between liquid temperature and cooling capacity
