my fridgefreezer is up the spout! the freezer works fine but the fridge dosent get that cold it was on the middle setting so i moved it to the top setting but it still only feels like its running on minimum,it is 3 years is it fixable?

Might be a blockage of ice on evaporator,any signs of frost in the freezer?if there is empty freezer and switch off for 24 hours(cold air from freezer is blown up into fridge)to completely defrost it,could be a failed defrost heater although these usually shut down if defrost heater fails,also the nofrost sensor may be faulty.
Could also be issues with compressor or refrigerant charge.
