i had a problem with my fridge rsh1demh.one side of the fridge is cold but the other one is not cold at all(the vegetable side).now the whole fridge shutdown.why?....what happen?

Hi
if the appliance is under 2 years then get samsung out as they are covered on a two year warranty.
The appliance has a couple of design faults that have mod's to cure them. The first one is the wires to the ntc's/ thermal fuses come away from the heater. The latest mod is to cure the ice ball that appears on the top left of the evaporator cover in the fridge. This second fault eventually jams the fan and the temps start to raise. part number for the mod kit is da8101997a and comes with new sensor, seals and parts for the evap cover and a leaflet on how to reprogram the computer board so the defrost time is extended. I suppose you could always quote the 6 year rule with trading standards about the fault being present when you purchased it.
