    Temperature and rh for mushroom



    I need to storage a mushroom in a coldroom pls inform me for temperature and rh and the time where i can store

    According to my data:-
    Storage temp 0c
    3 to 4 days
    85% > 90% rh
    water content is 91%
    maximum air velocity .40 m/sec
    latent heat 305 kj/kg
