Mitsubishi city multi
Is it possible to obtain software for Mitsubishi city multi units or is it a closed shop unless you are an agent?

We can buy it here at Mitsubishi. If you have a bigger job, you even can get it for free.
It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Apparantly Mitsubishi will give you a basic version for trouble shooting city multi's with a lap top if you attend their courses.
A Mitsi service engineer told me this but he said you have to pay for the course.
