    Carrier Transicold Electra

Hi. I'm new to the forum. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these reefer trailers? I have two of them giving me the same problem. It's an electric only unit, model NEE 430 N4-SC-0. Carrier's specs show the unit will pull 35.6 FLA @ 230 volts 3 phase. I had to install a 480 volt to 230 volt step down transformer, and am feeding it with about 238 volts. On start up, one of them pulls 52 amps, and trips the 50 amp breaker mounted in it's control panel. The other trailer pulls about 48 amps, and the amps drop as the temp drops in the trailer. At 0* F, it was pulling about 32 amps. I had a third trailer that I sent to Mississippi, and they report the same exact problem with it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
