Unhappy Whirlpool side by side fridge/freezer

Hi, I have a Whirlpool American side by side fridge freezer model no FRBB36AF20 3yrs old and it has started to make a loud clicking noise when the water dispenser is operated, sometimes it makes the noise on it's own even when the dispenser is not being operated!! can you advise, I thought it might be air in the system but I have changed the filter and run it through but still it makes the noise!! can anyone help!!

Update to the post, this only seems to happen when the fride door is closed, if we open the door and operate the water dispenser in the other door the noise does not happen, how odd!!
