cold room for figs
hi i need temperatures of maintainance for figs and relative humidity and time of storage

0 to 5°C, 90 to 95% rh. For storage or transportation beyond 2 weeks, then 10% oxygen max and 20% CO2 max must be guaranteed.
Deseases:
Alternaria Spot. White fungal growth on surfaces that soon darkens. As fungus spots enlarge, tissue beneath becomes slightly sunken. Control: Cool promptly after harvest, hold at 7°C in transit.
Black Mold Rot (Aspergillus). First appears as a dirty white to pink color of skin and pulp. White mold growth develops within fig.
Cavities formed in fruit become lined with black spore masses. Control:
Store fresh figs at 0°C and 85 to 90% rh.
