Bosch Exxcel frost free KGU 31123GB

Hi guys

I have a Bosch excxcel "frost free" fridge freezer
model number: KGU 31123GB its only 7 years old

It is suppose to frost free but its all becoming frost inside the freezer, and don't what could be causing it, does anyone know what the possible problem could be and how it can be fixed?

Empty and switch off for 48 hours.This will give ice at rear of freezer (behind the back) chance to clear.
Switch on and if the problem re occurs after 2 or 3 weeks you may have a no frost sensor failure.

check the door and seal 1st to make sure the door not letting air into it,then need to see behind back panel if ice has built up round fan or near defrost heater
