Miele KF888iDN-01 freezer problem

Hello,

My Miele fridge/freezer was working fine. It has separate electronic indicators for the fridge and freezer temperature. One day I didnt have a lot of food in the freezer so I decided to change the temperature from -18C to -14C. However I couldn't (it was showing -14 only for a short period of time and then -18C again) in a day or two I decided to try again. I couldnt change it -may be it needed more time to warm up. I left it.

A month later the summer time came and the freezer started warming up -8C then if you dont open it and it is not very hot it will cool down. However during the hottest months it reached 0C and it was beeping every half an hour even often. Now that it is a bit colder it started to cool down again -8C but the temperature varies all the time.

I was wondering if someone can help.
