Replacing water filter on Daewoo fridge/freezer.

Hi,
Please can anyone tell me, how to change a water filter on a Daewoo fridge/freezer with water dispenser. I have looked at the connections each end of the filter and dont know if they screw off or are just pulled off to reconnect the new water filter. Also how do you release the pressure before disconnecting the connections?
