I'm research engineer very interested to simulate refrigeration cycle by computational fluid dynamics for in depth analysis of failure scenario corresponding to compressor trip at extream high ambient, so all I need is getting detail geometrical dimentions of refrigerant passage and internal geometry of scroll compressor as well, so could you tell me how I can convince the OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) I won't use the data for production or otherwise reverse engineering?

Perhaps purchase a compressor or two and take some measurements yourself?
