    daewoo american f/f

hi, I have a job for a daewoo f/f model frsu20dcb and the customer said they had a power cut, since then the fridge side freezes food. Is there a reset procedure so it will go to defrost or is it maybe main board and or sensor.
thanks for any help, i usally leave american style alone.

    tony.

I don't know anything about daewoo, but it just seems the damper is not working. I've seen this a few times with sharp fridges after a brown out or power surge.
Best thing to is it 1) take the cover of the damper section and verify the damper is open. 2) most fridges will shut this damper after the fridge door is open for a while, so if it never moves, most likely either the damper motor or the PCB. If theres been a power surge or brown out, I'd suspect PCB.
