oil pressure switch
hi everyone.i have a bitzer compresor.it works fine but it cuts off the oil pressure switch...when i reset it it works again fine and after 2 days it cuts off again and the story continues....any ideas?

If oil level is OK and you don't have oil return problems, then check the oil filter. If it is clean that your next stop is the oil pump.

hi stathis, it would take you just 2 mins to test the oil switch< or 120 seconds <

If the oil is excessively and occasionally diluted with liquid refrigerant, its viscosity drops and the differential pressure across the pump may fall below the switch threshold. Check suction superheat at all conditions, especially at part load.

Is the crank case heater ok and wired correctly?

Could also be due to a faulty discharge reed.
