Blue box Chiller problem

I work on a Blue Box chiller KAPPA-V55-2 sr 066494 with a Carel Pco Terminal and i have this problem : the delta t at the setpoint is too small and is starting too often and the principle is wrong (start go 100 precent at 7,1 and stop 0 percent at 7.0). I need a pass for accessing the parameters and i dont have it ,is a 5 digit pass. Please help. My best regards!

My problem is solved i hope the guys from blue box italy give me a user and a pass for accessing the documentation in the site they have and i think i found it ,if someoane want everything from the blue box site pm me!

Why not post it here, then everybody can benefit from your information.

I would not advise to publicly post user name and password for site with documentation since page software will detect excessive traffic and multiple connections from many IP address and that pass/user name will become useless.
If someone need documentation than I would advise to ask for it by private message to Texanul.
