can anyone help. I have an integrated zanussi fridge freezer and at the bottom underneath the vegetable basket there is always a pool of water. I have tried turning the thermostat up and I have cleaned out the hole at the back by taking out the "bung" and cleaning it. Any suggestions??

put a small amount of water in the channel where the drainage hole is and if it doesn't run down the hole and away you have to clear the pipe which is on the back of the fridge outside
