hi guys ive tried many different ideas to set the thrust on different screws, but 1 idea i had was eg on bitzer, refcomp, trane, was that because they have grub screws on axial bearing nuts was to calculate the thread pitch size and back off ,but some how it doesnt work , and i always hang them up with eye bolts and then measure the thrust and tighned the nuts.but its hard work especially when doing a bearing change on site with large compressors.does any body have any easier ways of setting thrust or any ideas , thankyou
