pump change
hi,
Can I use an aspen mini orange condensate pump on a cassette unit? I have two of these and none of the little giant pumps. I'm guessing they both do the same thing so why not.
Any help is welcomed.

Re: pump change
hi tichyt, with it being a cassette unit. I would make sure the capasity of the pump is more than the amount of condencate that the cassette may produce< it would make a mess wouldent it? so if you ask the manufacturers of the a-c how much water it could produce you could ask for a con pump to suit. happy pumping , sedgy

Re: pump change
Are you replacing the factory pump with it or fitting it as well as?
I think sauerman make replacement cassette style pumps to go inside the casette.
If its going to be as well as the factory pump (because the drain run is not possible with the factory pumping capabilities) then you need a high flow tank pump.
