    Gram plus freezer



    Hello guys, have any of you got a service manual/programming guide for one of these freezers? If not, does any body know if you can force a defrost? The one I am looking at has a locked controller.

    Hi Andy

    You can only trigger an automatic defrost by switching the cabinet off and back on when it is down to temp.

    This will then give you chance to monitor the defrost through the full 30 minute cycle.

    Can you confirm the cabinet model and serial number?

    I will then be able to PM one over.
