Re: Refrigeration Question
We have opened and checked the condenser tubes and it is clean. But still, the discharge pressure is high. We have also set the cut off pressure switch to be able to continue our operation but the pressure still goes up.

Re: Refrigeration Question
The filter is clean, but you may still have algaes vegetation in the condenser tube. Did the blast freezer stand by for a long time unattended?

Re: Refrigeration Question
The boat will go to the port to unload the catch for fifteen days. It will go fishing again after unloading the catch. So the blast freezer is in stand by only for fifteen days. We will open the condenser again tomorrow to double check the tubes if there are still algaes vegetation.

Re: Refrigeration Question
If your condenser is free and clean, baka may air or non-condensables ka sa system mo Kabayan. Are you using NH^3?,what is your operating suction pressure? or maybe you have restrictions in the condenser water flow or sa high-pressure line from comp. to receiver tank..
