transport to industrial help
Hi all newbi here, am looking for advise about a change in career slighty.
Have been a transport refrigeration engineer for over ten years now and want to move into industrial or comercial but just dont know were to start?
so my question is do i need to retrain or take couses, if so whats the best bridge couses to take?
or can i train on the job as i all ready know the basics?
curently have lots of experiance and gas handling but thats it.
any advise would be most appriciated ta.

hi no am employed, really just want to know if the transaction is easier to move from transport over to industrial or vis versa.... and the pro's and con's really.
