Is the one that is warmer near a door or is there a blockage?

I assume that this is fed from a single ducted unit?

Are the ducts insulated, are they crossing over a heat source.

Try changing the ducts over at the unit outlet, if flexible ducting is used.

Check for blockages in the unit itself. Does the 19° duct have a air leak which is allowing induced air to mix in?

    Re: temperature difference

Checks for LEAKS in the duct work and especially at the REGISTERS, if you have a gapo there, it will suck the ambient air from the space and chage temps, ALSO if your evap is not fully charged and your return air spilts off LESS that 5 feet from the airhandler, THEN that COULD BE your problem to begin with. PLEASE let me know what you find, I would lOVE to know this one. but sounds to me like a vacuum is being created.

    Lots of luck,
