P12 is a indoor unit fan overload.
On a cassette on first commissioning check is the packing material is still inside the indoor unit
If this has been commissioned and has run for some time. Spin the fan by hand and switch on the remote controller. If the fan runs for a few minutes the PCB is faulty. If the fan does not run probably both fan motor and PCB need replacing (very unusual)Last edited by techguy; 01-09-2010 at 01:56 PM.

Quite normal for the PCB to fail. Just changed eight of them on almost new units that have not been used for a period of time.
