Anyone taking on newbies???

Hi all, i have recently qualified as refrigeration & air con engineer complete with my f-gas in manchester, the only problem is i cant find anyone who is taking on someone without years of experience

Anyone got any advice or know of anyone taking on?

Hey deric,

Have you tried asking multi trade companies not just full on fridge firms?.

Only reason is that's how I got into a/c.

Cheers mate, have been trying air con firms & refrigeration firms, contacted cpl agencies will keep trying!

Try interserve i've heard they quite often take on improvers/junior techs
