As above really,

I was thrown in the deepend on a job repairing a package AHU where the client was adamant he wanted a new indoor controller amongst other things.

After speaking to a guy called Simon Butler and ordering the superseded model and some other spares, i just wanted to say thankyou for the help in identifying what parts I needed with the limited info that was available to me on site.

On top of that when it came to fitting the controller he even sent me over the wiring diagrams for it and the packaged unit F.O.C. Now it's all up and running and working as it should the client is happy and we have even won some more work through them!.

So it's a big thumbs up from me :-)
