Expansion valve bulb & capillary tube

    Hello there,

Our refrigeration system has being fitted with TEV Sporlan DAE 10, 15 & 20. And we had a problem with the sensing bulb & capillary tube was from copper materials & being coated with nickle or tin , after about 2 years in operation the sensing bulb & capillary tube which made of cooper was having badly damage by corrosions (direct Or indirectly with Ammonia from the system).

I'll being inform even the Danfoss TXV's for model TEA, TEAT bulb and tube are copper and cap is steel. And whole are nickle coated.

Anybody the same experience to be share or any suggestion for the replacement ?????

    Tq
