    Sorry - Evaporator Fan Again

    Hi everyone,
I realise this seems to be a major issue but i cannot seem to solve my problem. Its the usual fridge not cooling but freezer is ok problem. Its a Hotpoint Mistral Plus. I have changed the thermistor in roof of fridge and the thermistor next to the fan in the freezer. I'm not sure what the third one does in the freezer. I think the next change is the evaporator fan motor but I do not want to keep spending/wasting money. How can I check if the fan is actually broken? I do not have any gadgets eg voltmeter etc. Thanks

hi alfie. can you get a mate who is an electrition to hard wire the fan to an outside source?< outside the fridge
< just to see if the fan will run if it dose then there must be another fault
    best of luck with it.

thanks Sedgy but I think that will also involve cutting a wire from the idc block. Hopefully it can be wired back in though
