fridge going past set point
hi,
as above, fridge is set for plus two,
terminates at minus two,
fridge is eurofrigo c2500 xts
any ideas?

Hi Steve
From memory all the Eurofrigo units that used to work on overshot the set point. The important bit, for me, was that they cut out. I compensated by adjusting the set point accordingly.
I used to have wiring diags, etc, but left them behind when I left UK.
Out of interest, I guess from your user name, you are with a Carrier dealer.

Is it controlled by an electronic controller?
Does it cut out at SP (-) Hysteresis
If so the controller is possibly set up for heating and the relay contacts (Change over) are reverse wired.
A normal refrigeration control cuts out at SP and cuts in at SP (+) Hyst.
