So, Japan signed Kyoto Protocol convention but you can get HCFC-22 for air soft gun?
I read that over there, HCFC-22 is available for use in air soft gun propellant and hear some hobby shops sell small cans with appropriate fittings for replenishing air guns.
How is that allowed ?
