Smallest AC compressor

Does any one know, who could help me design a smallest a/c unit. It could be a company or an engineer, who has an in dept knowledge in designing a/c units. I am talking about in an envelope size 6" in length, 4" in height and @ 3" in width.

if there is one that is availalbe that would be great.

You can buy a small vacuum pump for a/c from harbor freight if you have a compressor.
