is it me or is there sometimes a real slow server operating this forum as I fly round the net and drag through this site .........

mines 1 meg -about to go to 2 meg this week and this forum has been slow for ages..I thought it was just me but all the other sites load normally but this is slow..i expect i the host is struggling..
