Compressor doesnt unload in sequenced mode

Good Day,

We have 3 sabroe 163 mk4 compressors with 2 currently online.Im trying to run them in sequenced mode instead of auto mode but in sequenced mode the compressors will not unload causing the suction to go up to 10"-12" hg,The suction pressure is set at 4.0" hg.When we run them in auto mode they load and unload correctly.Anyone have any ideas ,these are the sequencer setpoints.Set points.jpg

What type of controller do you have is it a UNISAB? I know from bitter experience that on the UNISABs you need to have all the set points, differentials, deb band etc exactly the same on all the machines. And when I say exactly I mean exactly.
