Scotsman CS60 Only 1 Harvest then Stops

I am not all to familiar to the ice machine game, however, I have a problem with my CS60mas-1a. Everything works fine for one harvest, all presures are perfect....almost as if they were written in the book.

After the first harvest the unit then begins a new cycle and the low pressure begins to drop, but only to about 60-70psi and the high pressure climbs until it reaches about 370psi and then the hi pressure cut out kicks in and shuts the unit down. It then begins cycling about every minute with the pressures still out of range.

Any Ideas?

hot gas solenoid staying or sticking open?

Thanks for the info...I checked the Hot Gas Valve and it is working fine. I did, however, find that the condenser fan was not always restarting after harvest. It is just a bad fan motor. I quickly repaired the motor and it is working for now. I ordered a new motor, because this one has seen better days. Thanks Again.. Maybe This will help someone else.
