hello
hello every one,
i am looking for a evaporator for blast freezer,some one can help where i can buy.i am in uganda.
The details are below.
1. Blast freezer Evaporator coil(Flooded type)with 03 high speed fan's.
Room size 4.2mtrs width x 6.2mtrs length x 3.1mtr height.
To freeze 1500kg/per hour(fish fillet)
Product temperature +7c .
Required freezer temperature -30c
Refrigerant using R22.
Compressor using Grasso RC429

You forgot the most important parameter you need to select you evaporator: the capacity.
It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
